Create Plan
- Looks fine, but unclear why there is an option to create plan under the IRS menu and under the FI menu (which have different fields)
- Map color layering is not very understandable - need a legend or modification to how this looks in the UI. It should be very clear to the user.
- Unclear if the map itself is supposed to be clickable for selections
