Make sure that system opensrp is being deployed on has:
Couchdb installed and configured running and you have credentials to update be given in properties file
Mysql installed and configured running and you have data access credentails for app to access data to update to be given in properties file for app and admin credentials to setup DB and tables for first time
Make sure that you have taken backup of existing data in couchdb and mysql
