Overall

  • Maps not loading reliably - many loading indefinitely
  • Authentication page not styled
  • Sessions not sticky (reloading page requires a new login)

IRS

  • Create Plan
    • Looks fine, but unclear why there is an option to create plan under the IRS menu and under the FI menu (which have different fields)
    • Map colour layering is not very understandable - need a legend or modification to how this looks in the UI. It should be very clear to the user
    • Unclear if the map itself is supposed to be clickable for selections
  • View Plan 
    • Team assignment functionality not present (as expected)


FI

  • Case Triggered Plans
    • No plans with draft status so unable to test what editing a case-triggered plan looks like
    • Reviewing an active plan
      • Mark as complete button does not actually do anything when clicked (expected)
  • Routine plans
    • Viewing/editing draft plan
      • Map does not automatically zoom to area in plan:
      • No clear way to actually edit the plan or finalize the plan
      • Seems this drop is when you have the option to switch between foci but when you have just one foci, you can select and reload the page but you have no need to do this and it just takes time.
  • Create new plan (Routine or Case Triggered)
    • Errors in selecting "Focus Area" - no options available. This was working at first but now is not
    • "Focus Investigation Status" should read "Focus Status"
    • Plan Title - we should add helptext to this so that there is some (at least recommended) consistency - this needs to be scoped/discussed
    • We need to clarify/confirm what the start and end date of the plan mean for tasks - may be documented (Annie Martin, check)
    • Activities
      • Activity "checkbox" missing
        • There seems to be no way when you start a new plan to say which activities you want to do, instead you see all possible activities and the option to edit parts of them. There is no way to indicate that an activity should not be done altogether
        • 'Action Field' - if edited, does this flow down to the application and show as a the label on task in the family view or list view? Or to the dashboards?
        • Quantity field

          • Unclear what is being defined here - is it the denominator that the activity will be measured against? The threshold that should be reached? In the above it indicates that we are trying to reach 100% of structures
        • 'Reason' field - need to examine if this is necessary at the activity level. I would think yes, because it allows us to accomplish routine tasks, like doing ITN distribution, when a team has been tasked to visit a village for perhaps a Case Investigation.
        • Q for CHAI/Assumption to set/break - is there ever a reason to have multiples of the same activity that exist under different rules
        • What is the intent of the priority in the plan? Does this display anywhere?
    • Team functionality not included (as expected)
      • Unclear where in workflow this would take place
    • Draft Routine plans not saving/displaying in the list
    • Adding a new FI plan allows you to change to an IRS plan, which then gives you access to the activities section
