Over the next few weeks role will be to lead the transitioning process

 

SK: which set of users needed for the preview environment? Need a list

PD: Can the program set up the users themselves?

E: The program should be able to add users - will be same keycloak instance, buut this wont be an issue

PD: Preview set up will use a different set of users

SK: More updates by the end of the week.

SK: Ticket on sprint to enable upload of user to the WebUI, SK TODO check when this will be available

SK: Updates regarding next steps on the workplan

E: Going forward, Ona would like to come up with diagram on the production setup, and decide on how to align available hardware. Need to decide on monitoring stack and develop deployment scripts. Need to start engagements with team that is leading the deployment, decide on roles. Requesting for assistance from the CHAI/BVBD team

SK: Hoping that by the next meeting there will be some documentation on the above plans, and an idea of the hardware that needs to be in place before the setup. Suggest a kickoff meeting with the MoH team and CHAI/Vital Wave.

PD: We will need a translator if there is going to be a call with Thai team. Check with Pedro on how to go forward.

SK: in the meantime, discuss during the next meeting the documentation and things that need to be in place, then decide on how to go forward.

PD: is there a guide for new country implementation?

SK: will have thai specific documentation ready for next week

E: there is a document (script) for production release, needs to be tailored. LOE would be approx a week but cannot commit.

AL: prereqs are access to thailand environment

E: parallel instance and thailand install can be done in tandem.

VR: timelines for what is happening this week. Craig was going to check if there was an R6 apk for thailand

SG: which features need to be included?

  • ANdroid, no p2p, No in-app indicators, we need boundry editing, need FI funcitonality, radius of operation check to be switched off, archive of families and family members, archiving of events

  • Web: all of the admin functionality except form config needs to be switched off (no team assignment, no upload). IRS plans excluded, TODO PD to list features needed/not needed .

  • Translation - Pedro can facilitate transslation, Sam will get translations needed through by end of day tomorrow.

LS: Issues encountered in stage web ui will be present if promoted to mirror instance

THere is a list of issues across all instances - planning, dashboard, webUI

Should keep an eye open for this when testing mirror instance
