There are five Smart Registers in Dristhi app, an overview of them below.

Eligible Couple Register (EC Register)

This register has all the ECs that the ANM serves listed.

Service Modes

There is only one service mode which displays all the ECs.

Services that can be provided

  • Register/Change FP method
  • Register ANC
  • Register Child
  • Edit EC data
  • Close the EC

Family Planning Register (FP Register)

The register also lists all the ECs, but, as the name suggests, the main focus is on family planning services.

Service Modes

  • FP Methods
    This shows all the ECs who use FP method. It is further divided based on the FP methods (example Condom, OCP, etc).
  • FP Prioritization
    This shows all ECs who do not use any FP method and is further divided into High Priority ECs, ECs having more than two children and ECs having one child.

This way of grouping helps ANM in providing appropriate FP advice/service for the client, for example, all ECs using OCP FP method need to be given fresh stock of OC Pills regularly and all the ECs who have more than two children and are not using any FP method need to be strongly adviced to use a FP Method, etc.

Services that can be provided

  • Change FP method
  • Record ECP
  • Record Side Effects due to FP method usage
  • Follow-up for methods like Male and Female sterilization, IUD, etc
  • Renew of FP product for methods like Condom, OCP, etc

Ante-natal Care Register (ANC Register)

This register displays all the ANCs (pregnant women). Some of the important ANC information that is displayed in this register are Thayi Card number, ANC number, EDD, LMP, Number of weeks pregnant, Risk factors, etc.

Service Modes

  • Overview
    Displays Risk Factors and ANC visit, TT and IFA reminders.
  • ANC Visits
    Displays the reminders for ANC1 to ANC4.
    If any ANC visit has already happened then it displays the date of the visit, BP and weight recorded during the visit.
  • Hb/IFA
    Displays HB Test and IFA Reminders.
    When Hb Test results are available the date, Hb level and colour coded heamoglobin level (indicating Severe Anaemia, Anaemia and No Anaemia) are displayed
    When IFA tablets given information is available date and the number of tablets given are displayed
  • TT
    Displays the three TT dose reminders (TT1, TT2 and TT Booster)
    When a TT dose is provided, the date when the dose was provided is also displayed
  • Delivery Plan
    This is a module that helps ANM to educate and prepare the pregnant woman and her family on how to plan for the Deliver when delivery plan is complete, Delivery place, Transportation, Companion, Asha phone number, Contact number and Risks are displayed
