Definitions

The process of adding a structure at user's location currently is; add structure button>locate me button> save. By default it should be; locate me/add structure at user's location (one click should do both of these things). Add structure button zooms out to operational area extent. This also happens when a form is "saved".The user's current zoom extent should be maintained when adding a structure or when a form has been completed.
Feature: Snap the point to location if the GPS is active and zoom in to an appropriate zoom level (maybe 17?)

Requirements

I would like to add a structure where I am standing in an area and not have to rezoom to the location of that structure.

Technical Discussion

There was some discussion during a call about this issue - the technical details were not recorded but there was an issue with how the forms were rendered and it seemed like this could be more difficult than expected. It's important that this is looked at as Namibia does not enumerate structures and every structure will need to be created in the field.
