Overall
- Maps not loading reliably - many loading indefinitely - RVL-333Getting issue details... STATUS
- Authentication page not styled

- (VA) Landing page after login should be the 'Home' page, rather than the 'Welcome tlv1'

- Map selection propagates to table, but table selection does not propagate to map (AM: fixed, no ticket started)
- On production instance, users should not have to select country

- Authentication page not styled

- Looks fine, but unclear why there is an option to create plan under the IRS menu and under the FI menu (which have different fields) - RVL-526Getting issue details... STATUS
- Map color layering is not very understandable - need a legend or modification to how this looks in the UI. It should be very clear to the user. AM 9/24 this is improved
- Unclear if the map itself is supposed to be clickable for selections
- (addressed, shift click is for selection) AM 9/24 this is improved
- (VA) Map is loading indefinitely, so can't see the colors or anything
- (VA) Clicking on "Save as Draft" doesn't seem to be doing anything, and not showing in the list either AM 9/24 showing in draft plan list

- Case Triggered Plans
- No plans with draft status so unable to test what editing a case-triggered plan looks like (AM 8/17: can now see what editing looks like)
- Reviewing an active plan
- Mark as complete button does not actually do anything when clicked (expected) (AM 8/17: now have the option to complete from the reporting/dashboard view and the plan view)
- (VA) Need to test automated draft plan generation based on case trigger from Biophics (AM 8/20: demonstrated in testing)
- (PP) At which moment are we thinking on triggering from the web, case-triggered plans? Is that for other settings?
- Routine plans
- Viewing/editing draft plan
- Map does not automatically zoom to area in plan (AM 8/17: when viewing from the reporting view, the map does zoom)
- No clear way to actually edit the plan or finalize the plan (AM 8/17: plan view now can jump in and change features on draft/active/complete plans, has a status change, see screenshot)
- Seems this drop down is when you have the option to switch between foci but when you have just one foci, you can select and reload the page but you have no need to do this and it just takes time.
- Viewing/editing draft plan
- Create new plan (Routine or Case Triggered)
- (VA) After clicking on "Create New Plan" in the active foci list screen, user is directed to Family Registration part of the entire form, and needs to scroll up to add in the Locations, etc. Would be much better UX if user is directed to the top of that form (AM 8/17 this is now fixed)
- Errors in selecting "Focus Area" - no options available. This was working at first but now is not

- (PP) First of all we need to clarify what this field is, Focus Status should come from the integration piece straight, in addition, focus status should be "Active or Non Active", A1, A2, B1, B2 is the classification which is different. In addition, the focus status should also come automatically, since Biophics provides already a list of Active Focus. (AM 8/20: confirming needs with Pedro)

- Plan Title - we should add help text to this so that there is some (at least recommended) consistency - this needs to be scoped/discussed (AM 8/17 this is now being autogenerated from the date and focus area)
- (VA) The status by default is "Draft", shouldn't there also be an option here to make it "active" directly? Since its being created ad-hoc and user is selecting the activities (AM 8/17: you can make the status active when you are creating plan)
- We need to clarify/confirm what the start and end date of the plan mean for tasks - may be documented (Annie Martin, check)
- Activities
- Activity "checkbox" missing
- There seems to be no way when you start a new plan to say which activities you want to do, instead you see all possible activities and the option to edit parts of them. There is no way to indicate that an activity should not be done altogether. (AM 8/17 we now can "x" out activities we don't want to do or add them back)
- 'Action Field' - if edited, does this flow down to the application and show as a the label on task in the family view or list view? Or to the dashboards?
- Quantity field
- Unclear what is being defined here - is it the denominator that the activity will be measured against? The threshold that should be reached? In the above it indicates that we are trying to reach 100% of structures
- 'Reason' field - need to examine if this is necessary at the activity level. I would think yes, because it allows us to accomplish routine tasks, like doing ITN distribution, when a team has been tasked to visit a village for perhaps a Case Investigation
- (VA) Maybe then update the text saying "Case Investigation" and "Routine Intervention", and make "Routine Intervention" the default, rather than "Case Investigation
- Q for CHAI/Assumption to set/break - is there ever a reason to have multiples of the same activity that exist under different rules
- (VA) Not for the same plan
- What is the intent of the priority in the plan? Does this display anywhere?

- Adding a new FI plan allows you to change to an IRS plan, which then gives you access to the activities section (AM 8/20: this is now streamlined)
