Loading Namibia Locations in OpenMRS

This page includes notes on loading in the Namibia locations, teams and users for the Namibia training into the staging environment.

Baseline Information:

• Namibia uses clusters of villages. There are a total of 7 clusters that need to be loaded in
• Villages are operational areas in the Namibia implementation
• We have already loaded in Namibia locations to Reveal
  • There are likely some locations that are in the Namibia spreadsheet which don't match names in Reveal from the geographic hierarchy. We need to evaluate this and provide discrepancies to the CHAI team
• We received a spreadsheet of clusters of villages that need to be loaded in. There are a total of 7 clusters that need to be added to the system
• We received a spreadsheet of users and team assignments by clusters

What needs to be done:

1. Review all of the clusters that are targeted for pilot
   1. Evaluate the spreadsheet of villages and map each village to Reveal
   2. Clusters to be mapped: 'OMPUNDJA', 'OSHAKATI_EAST', 'ONESHILA', 'EVULULUKO', 'OSHIKANGO LOCATION', 'SKY (OSHAKATI)', 'EEMWANDI' and 'EMWANDI'
   3. Identify which parents are mapped to each of these cluster by figuring out which villages are in these clusters and mapping the villages to their geographic hierarchy
   4. We have to get the Reveal ids and names for each district and province to make sure they are loaded in (map the parent, query reveal for the parent, copy and paste
