This scoping document captures the process of syncing information from RapidPro to OpenMRS using FHIR resources.

Tasks:

Share the Rapid Pro flows with Craig who will research them to better understand the flow of info
Document the OpenMRS APIs that will need to be used that are not FHIR based
Create a high level architecture on this document that shows the different components
Research FHIR resources and structure content so it can be shared from RapidPro webhooks to FHIR to OpenMRS
