  • 1) Start with hachet job

  • 2) bucket what isn’t cut - bucket size should depend on how big each thing is → 1 bucket is x amount of dev time.

    • start with high priority and talk through

    • gantt chart with time for all developers

• Review better coverage tool to get some level setting

  • Excel spreadsheet submitted with roadmap/proposal
