• Backlog management

  • Board setting: Column constrain → issue count

• New column should be Akros triage

• Things in roadmap for next 3 - 6 months

• Stuff that will never happen goes in “graveyard”

  • “won’t fix” is more of an admin thing

  • New - automatically assigned. Hasn’t been touched, or it is currently being triaged by Akros (retested). SLA ~ 2 days?

  • Triage - things that need to be investigated, decision needs to be made.

  • Scoping Needed/ Scoping in Progress

  • Selected/Ready for Dev - agreed

    • Column is named “ready for dev”

    • May not be scheduled

  • In Progress - devs are actively working on it, should have release against it, might have before

  • In Review - move in by Craig

  • Reviewed- doesn’t have any issues -

• Need to clean up Zambia issues

• Backlog

  • Epic clean-up - check all in Epics

  • Bugs may not always need an Epic

  • Clean up

    • Go through, check all for epics

    • Go through all tickets, check all, remove any that are DSME low/lowest priority

      • Have a flag or report on it → what is the “graveyard”

    • Prioritize - right click and send to top or bottom
