  • Ona updates

    • New PM (Sam) at half time - role is tbd, he is based in Nairobi, 9am - 3pm Nairobi time coverage

    • Internal process improvement including project management

      • unifying pipeline for dev

      • streamlining comms with customers

      • getting to a more documented project management process

      • Jira / Github alignment

        • volume issue, balancing PM role and

        • devs working from github, curated list from jira, ultimately

  • Release update

    • on schedule for Friday for Namibia and Thailand?

      • yes

      • sync timeouts being fixed

      • tasks that have no event data

        • document coming for this - with # of issues and # of data missing

    • on schedule for reference apk ? - Craig has a QA apk

    • Can target end of next week for another bug release

      • Annie to send a priority list tomorrow

  • Scoping progress

    • no new updates

  • CGR

    • We aren’t contractually set to do the CGR integration right now

    • Note during conversation the maturity of the boundaries - the adding feature is a pain point early on but not as useful later on.

    • modifying a geometry/boundary is easy but adding a new one (and splitting) from the field need to be thought through on the end-to-end change
